Trade Show Association seal

Private accreditation for card shows

Accredited, sanctioned shows for TCG and sports cards

Trade Show Association registers organizers and sanctions individual trade shows, so vendors and attendees can trust the seal and check it before they arrive.

How it works

From an application to a seal on the show

  1. 01

An organizer applies and is registered

The organizer applies to join Trade Show Association. After review, the organizer is registered and may submit shows.

  2. 02

The show files its documents and attests

For that date and venue, the organizer uploads the venue agreement and certificate of insurance, then attests to the rest of the standards.

  3. 03

A sanctioned show receives a seal

When the show is sanctioned, it may use the seal. The seal links to a public page anyone can open and check.

For attendees and vendors

Verify a seal before you buy a ticket or book a table

Sanctioned shows may display the seal with a link to a public record. Open that link, or type the seal ID on the verify page, and confirm the show is listed. The directory is the same public list.

What the seal is saying

  • This show was submitted by a registered organizer.
  • The venue agreement and insurance were part of that submission.
  • The public verify page is the place to confirm the seal is current.

Hold the next show under the seal

Apply to register as an organizer, or look through shows that are already sanctioned.
