Terms of Use

Last updated: October 5, 2026

By using this site, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

What we are

Trade Show Association is a private, independent program. We are not a government agency, and our seal is not a government license or permit. Organizers are still responsible for their own permits, insurance, and following the law.

What the seal means, and what it doesn't

A seal means a show met our published standards when we reviewed it. It is not a guarantee. We do not guarantee any show, organizer, vendor, product, price, or the authenticity or condition of any goods sold at a show. Deals between attendees, vendors, and organizers are between them.

Our decisions

We decide, at our discretion, whether to approve an organizer or sanction a show. We may also warn, suspend, or revoke an organizer's status or a show's seal, as described in our standards. Organizers may appeal as described there.

Your part

The site

We provide the site as is. We work to keep it accurate and available but cannot promise it will always be error-free. To the extent the law allows, we are not responsible for losses that come from using the site or attending or vending at any show.

Changes

We may update these terms. If we make a big change, we will update the date at the top.
